There
are many features available in coChart Web
that will make generating insurance coverage charts as easy and as
flexible as possible for you. Listed below are just a few.
Policy Stacking: - NEW
When entering policy data, you can now enter an
amount if the policy is part of (PO) a larger policy.
Example, policy A is 1M XS 1M PO 2M, and policy B is 1M XS
1M PO 2M. When displayed on the chart, there will be an outline of a
policy that looks like 2M XS 1M and policies A and B will be displayed proportionally within it separated by a dashed line.

Policy Deductibles: - NEW
If a policy contains a deductible, you can now enter the amount and if selected, it
will appear in the policy when printed. This value is for display purposes only and
will appear at the bottom of the policy.
Define Multiple Charts per Project:
An unlimited number of charts can be defined for each project. You can define one chart
to display your policies proportionally on the x-axis and the y-axis. You can define
another chart to display your policies proportionally on the x-axis but evenly spaced
in the y-axis. There are over 100 attributes that you can set for each chart you define.
Proportional and Step-scale Spacing.
When you define a chart, you can specify printing the x-axis and y-axis
proportionally or in step-scale. Step-scale is a way of spreading out policies
that get all "bunched" up because their values or dates are too close together.
Simply put, step-scale is spreading out policies evenly. This attribute can be set
for both the x-axis and the y-axis for each chart. Therefore, you can define one
chart to print the y-axis in step-scale and proportionally in another.

Accessibility:
coChart Web will be accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days
a week. And, because your data is on the server, you can access it from work or home without transferring or
copying data. View access can also be assigned for your clients to allow them to view and print
charts without modifying them.
Purchase No Additional Software:
All you need to access and use coChart Web
is an internet connection and a browser. To view and print your coverage
charts in their native metafile format, you will need to download and
install our metafile viewer. Unlike bitmaps, GIFs, TIFFs, or
JPGs, metafiles are small, flexible, and can be loaded or imported into most Windows Applications.
Enter Direct and Reinsurance Policies:
When policy data is entered, it can be labeled as a direct or reinsurance policy. Then,
when defining a chart, you can limit the policies selected to only direct, reinsurance,
or possibly both.
Enter Known and Unknown Policies:
When policy data is entered, it can be also be
labeled as a known or unknown policy. Sometimes it is desirable
to include or exclude unknown policies on a coverage chart.
Enter Solvent and Insolvent Insurers:
When insurer data is entered, it can be labeled as solvent or insolvent. Insolvent
insurers can then be included or removed when defining a chart.
Easy Account Management:
Maintain Sub-accounts from Main-account. When a new account is opened, it is
designated as a main-account. Main-accounts can create and maintain sub-accounts
and the projects they create. Main-accounts can view and modify all projects where
sub-accounts can only view and modify projects generated with their account.
One Invoice for All Accounts. One invoice will be generated and sent to the
billing information entered in the main-account. The invoice will include
all main-account and sub-account activity.
